Who can rent a vehicle?
Drivers must be at least 23 years old and hold the correct class of licence. Provisional drivers are not permitted. Read the driver eligibility guide.
Where can the vehicles be used?
Displayed rates are for travel within NSW and ACT only. Interstate use needs to be agreed in advance before the rental begins. See common travel questions.
Can I use the car for rideshare or delivery work?
No. The current rental offer does not allow on-demand, Uber, car hire, food delivery driver or security patrol use.
What happens if there is a mechanical issue?
If a vehicle breaks down because of a mechanical defect, practical assistance is available and a similar replacement vehicle may be supplied if the defect cannot be repaired.
Am I eligible for free Sydney metro delivery?
Free delivery may apply to eligible Sydney metro bookings of 7 days or more. Enter the postcode for your delivery address for an indicative check.

They took the time to help without making me feel rushed, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. The lady (can’t remember her name) was lovely and provided great service. The car itself was fantastic! It was clean, reliable, comfortable, and very economical on fuel. I've hired vehicles from many different companies over the years, and this experience was definitely one of the best. One feature I particularly loved was the option to have the car delivered, which was incredibly convenient and made everything so much easier. Borrowed a car for a week - car worked well. Missed the return time but the team simply added one day to the hire and I returned it the next day. One point - I did feel a little rushed on the pick up to accept the vehicle as it was and I noted a small scratch on the car which was not marked by the team - I added the scratch on my part and there wasn’t any issues so just typical car hire process - be sure to check for any scratches before signing off. All in all - great value and I will use the team again.
